The following 22 year old patient has worn spectacles since 4 years old.   He is very self-conscious about his appearance with the spectacles and wants contact lenses.  He works as a salesman.  

Spectacle Rx:  -2.00 = -3.75 x 180
K-readings: 43.00 @ 180; 47.00 @ 090

What type of lens would you recommend for this patient?
